ACCOUNTABILITY

It's hard to stay focused and on track. No worries we help to keep your mind on the goals you've set and stay excited about them. Your program will include several accountability tools to keep you on pace each day and continuing to make progress toward your goals. We will also have access to a one-on-one 10 minute audio or video call with your Coach 1-2 times during your challenge. 

SUPPORT 

With a personal Coach there when you need them and our private challenger Facebook group, you'll have all the support you need to be successful

NUTRITION AND MEAL PLANNING

Once you open the app and add in your attributes, we will issue your nutrition template to follow for optimum results. We will be able to see your food log and offer advice to help you make the best choices and stay on target to hit your goals.

LIFESTYLE TIPS AND HABITS

We will incorporate a specific set of lifestyle habits that will help you feel and perform at your best. These habits will benefit you for life.

STRUCTURE

An organized schedule and daily tasks with both text and email notifications will help keep you focused and accountable
